I went in as a noncustomer to get a money order, and they offer money orders for about $9. While this is a lot for a money order, they told me where I could get one cheaper right away.nnGreat customer service! 5/5nnEdit: Went back to reward good customer service. Turns out they do not actually give cashiers' checks to non-customers. :( The teller was very nice and helpful, and the customer service was still alright. 3/5
Everyone here is always friendly and helpful. They all make sure you get all the help you need and never make you feel rushed or like they need to be doing other things. Very happy with them every time I go in.
I have my business credit card through Great Western Bank. It is GREAT! Wonderful cash back, simple online transactions. Amazing customer service provided by Curvin and the rest of the gang at Great Western Bank! My next step is their 1% money market account.
