Banked with them for a little over 2 years and I didn't feel like my money was appreciated there. It was as if I wasn't supposed to be making the money I was depositing into my account. No one wants to feel that way especially after they've worked hard for their money, and depositing the same company check every time!! I recently had a situation that happened with a teller (I won't rehash it) that left a very bad impression of this branch and was the final straw in closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere.
I lost my debit card and when I went in to get a new one they told me if I lose my new one, I would have to wait 6 months to get another one. Also I needed my routing number for direct deposit at work and they would not give it to me. DO NOT bank with them. I will be taking my business to citizens first bank.
Horrible customer service. Humiliates customers who face financial difficulties forced to use other credit options.. but in turn will never even begin to consider helping their customers in ways the short term credit companies do. Left CNB 6 months ago and never been happier!
We love our bank! They always do such a great job working with us and even caught a fraud on my account before we knew our card was gone!!! They have great customer service too!
Both business and personal banking is outstanding they are involved and give back to the community.nAll CNB associates are professional and friendly.
