Sanford Broadway Clinic

Over the last 2 yrs my husband and I have been to Sanford Broadway about a dozen times. Courteous staff and waiting areas,hallways,elevators never over crowded. Department s he has needed were well staffed. Have had Good access by phone in discussing appointments.

Took great care of me before, during, and after surgery. Everyone was very nice and patient!

Saved my bacon... Now in 2nd stage and this review is for Gr#$@ in Urology! Wow - I can’t say enough - 10 Stars! Empathy, professional, compassion and skills... She should get a promotion - a raise...run the floor!!! Truly made a huge impact in my treatment!

This is the worst hospital I have ever seen. I was admitted on Monday the 19th of august. I've been here 6 days. I am now pursuing a lawsuit. Doctors are completely disrespectful. They dont listen to the patient in any way and accuse people of lying about their symptoms. The neurologist diagnosed me with something and admitted they diagnose it when they cant figure it out. The doctors are here to get a paycheck. Not to help. They undercooked my food and forgot items on my order multiple times. Doctors made me feel so unsafe I decided to call a lawyer. They forced medication on me I wasnt comfortable with. Did tests that hurt me and when I begged them to stop with tears literally soaking my gown they just kept going and ignored me. The neuro techs were absolutely untrained and had to call the neuro doctor WHILE HE WAS DRIVING to learn how to use the machine they were shocking my Bones(not nerves) with. They were so clueless and they made the shocks so powerful I literally convulsed. Cant understand half the doctors and most the nurses aides are completely rude and glare and talk down on patients. Dr. Paladugu is a monster and should be stripped of his medical license. He refused to leave my room and talked over me when I told him I dont feel safe because he just kept ignoring me and pumping me with morphine. Then when my replacement doctor came he accused me of lying and that I'm here for the drugs and made me take a UA when I took one the day I came in. They tried to discharge me when I cant even walk and I live on the 3rd floor of my apartment complex. The floor manager tried to bribe me with a 25$ gift card for walmart because of how the doctors treated me. This places practices are completely unacceptable. Imagine if they did this to the children that came in! Nothing but a joke here folks, they dont help, they make it worse. Stay away from here. I hope to be out of here as soon as I can and somewhere I can feel secure and confident that my doctors will do right by me.
