This was an unexpected surprise (to find this restaurant). The food was good, the portions were just right, and I thought the prices were reasonable.nI ordered the BBQ pulled pork sandwich with sweet potato fries. Some places fry their sweet potato fries too well. These were awesome, crisp but not overly done.nI was curious about the camel burger, but it was more food than what I wanted for lunch.nThe service was a bit slow, but it seemed like there were only 3 or 4 people working there.

This place is absolutely awesome, I'd of never guessed you could find authentic Algerian food in Elkader, IA. Decided to get the Algerian sampler platter for an appetizer and it did not disappoint. Got the camel burger for my main course and it was amazing. Would have never thought you could eat camel in Northeast Iowa. Will definitely be coming back here again soon.

The food here is excellent and they have a great beer selection. The falafel was great along with everything we ordered. The price is not bad either.

Good food, lots of Algerian specialties. Outdoor dining patio along the Turkey River.

Food was good but we were there for 1hr and 45 min as we waited 20 min for drinks and an hour for food. The service was horrible.
