Shoe Sensation

I had a new pair of Crocs that a month into having them they started to make a noise like there was something sticky on them. There wasn't and the floors were clean as well. I took them in and explained this and showed it to them. As they looked fine and didn't show there was anything wrong.nI Love Crocs so I was totally disappointed with this. However the Spencer Shoe Sensations store hooked me up! I'm back to being very happy. I will be keeping my shoe buying with this store.

Great selection of footwear and reasonable prices + awesome service

Really frustrated with the customer service. We went in at about 10 to 5, not knowing they closed at five. The sales people didn’t offer to help us, and when I did ask a question gave me an answer that ended up being wrong. When they finally asked if they could help it was “anything we can help you find? We closed at five you know”. We told them we’d get out of their hair and just buy somewhere else. ud83eudd37ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f

The employees are fantastic, the prices are sometimes not so much. Sometimes I just buy there because I know I'll be happy with what they help me select even though it's a little more money.
