My husband and I recently moved to Spencer, Iowa and we applied for a mortgage at two local banks. We decided to utilize the services of Community State Bank. Renee Weber was our primary contact throughout the loan application and processing process. We were very happy with the way she communicated with us on an ongoing basis and accommodated us since we were out of state for most of the transaction.
