The people are very nice and helpful, but they do not have online banking and do not allow most online forms of money transfer (such as Facebook, venmo, cashapp, etc). I was in Europe and my card got declined so I called and asked to have money transferred from savings to checking and someone “forgot” to do it and I was left for an entire weekend in a foreign country with no money because someone couldn’t do their job. The only reason they got the second star was because the people there do the most they can, I just think they need to do some updating as most of their policies are incredibly outdated.
