Food was good, service was great.
Went in for lunch. We're welcomed rudely from the servant to the left folding silverware or whatever she was doing... The whole mask thing has gotten out of hand and people need to understand there are some ppl out there who cannot wear them for health reasons like my son....the rest of us were wearing one. You lost business for 8 of us
Update: They only refunded me $25.... Last Saturday April 25th I ordered $56 worth of food. Drove an hour home only to find out half my food wasn't in there and what we did receive was over cooked and we ended up throwing it away. By the time I got home they were closed so I called to get a refund the next day and was told it would take a couple of days to be credited back to my account. I haven't heard anything or recieved anything back to my account. On Thursday I called again and spoke with someone else who said it should only take 48-72 hours to return to my account. Today us Saturday May 3rd and still haven't received credit or heard from anyone about it. I'll never order from Mason City again and possibly skip out on Buffalo wild wings all together from any location! Clearly they don't value their customers!
Over priced food that tastes like it was cooked in a microwave. I only come here once in a great while and every time it’s a disappointment. Probably won’t ever come back to the Mason City location to eat again.
Employees are rude, wings tasted old, messed up order not once but twice, and who can’t tell the difference between blue cheese and ranch?? Besides that browning celery is given to customers?!?
