Each and every time i enter this facility i am blown away by the cleanliness, perfect temperate, well made coffee & [two] ud83cudf6a's, but most importantly, the unusually top-notch customer service about which i cannot say enough. Never once have I regretted choosing this bank. Keep up the outstanding job my friends!!!

CREDIT CARD: Ive been with them for almost 10 years. and they wont lower my credit card interest rate. They're giving me an APR of 21% and I've got over 800 credit score.nnLOAN: They did very poorly on interest and loan amount for my mortgage, and I had to go elsewhere or I wouldn't have been able to get my new home.nnCHECKING: I had over-drafted three times in a month, and each time was my mistake due to confusion with online bill payments, drawing from the wrong account. I had asked them about how to make sure I wouldn't overdraft again, and they treated me like I was trying to put one over on them! They escalated me to an office manager and he ACTED interested, but wasn't helpful, until I finally decided I would just close the account. At that point, he sprang into action, closing my account. No attempt to persuade me to stay or to offer any consideration of what help I actually needed. I was paying all the fines, and wasn't trying to get them waived, It is rare to have this level of disregard for a client needs.nn9 Years of banking with them, and I have never asked them for anything, so, they were good for having a place to deposit and withdraw money but no frills or customer service. DIY banking.

I live for bell bank. they are always fast and caring. they will be my choice for banking for awhile to come
