The room was clean, staff was nice, the lobby and some other areas currently insert renovation do expect more improvements.
It was a great experience. Heather was professional and she made it easy for me to check in for my first time checking into a hotel as an adult.
This hotel does not like renting rooms to African Americans. I came in town for work and tried to rent a room for a six weeks and wanted to pay for the room weekly. I was told by the front desk clerk I had to pay the entire six week stay up front with no refunds if something happened. I made one of my Caucasian friend call, same lady answered the phone telling her she could pay for her room weekly and she even gave her a cheaper rate price.
Super nice rooms, great location, and friendly staff! Couldnt ask for better. Right next to a walmart, kwik, and applebees
We ended up here rather late at night after a terrible stay at a hotel about 15 miles away. I spoke to Heather on the phone before we came over and she was so friendly and let me know they had a pet room available and she would hold that room until we got there. The room was beautiful and spacious. The bed was very comfortable also. Everything in the hotel was above expectations in the cleanliness department and the breakfast bar was stocked with delicious food. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing, and we did! It is in a safe part of town, without any riffraff hanging around. There is a Wal-Mart right behind the property, just in case you forgot something in your travels! I am so happy we ended up here!
