This is a semi cafeteria style cuisine quality but you get very large servings and its more than good. The prime rib is hit or miss. If i were to be mean, I would say, what the heck is this? My favorite is the brown gravy they offer for their mashed potatoes. It's the dark brown(almost reddish) kind that has rich flavor, not the weak grayish brown you sometimes make because you got the wrong packet from the store.
A++ Food is always great. The Back Draft Burger is amazing!!! This burger should be nationally recognized. Staff is always friendly. Great place!
Delicious food! The Colorado Philly is bomb, the beers ice cold and the waitress was awesome! We are from out of state and just passing through. So glad we took the chance on this place.
The Philly was spot on with the beer cheese sauce. Would love another one if I ever make it back up that way
Their food is delicious, and their kids meal selection is great! I know my picky eaters will eat at Colorado Grill!
