New to Raymond and this was our first time to eat at Tipsy's... food was excellent and the waitress was great with a good sense of humor. Overall a very pleasant experience! Will be back... probably often!
The service was slow. Onion Rings were really good. Tenderloin was huge. Got two meals out of it. Waffle Fries and shrimp was good. Not too fond of the chicken wings.
Just an overall pleasant experience from the food to the service to the atmosphere. I would suggest this place, even for a quick bite if you're heading north or south on I380.
Cold beer, great bar apps and reasonably priced!
