I am diabetic and require shoes to fit so they don't rub my feet. They have failed to provide me a pair of shoes that fit for 4 yrs. I was thinking ok give him another chance. The employee is pleasant. However insurance as pd 4 times and I still haven't received one pr that has fit my feet. The first 3 prs were to narrow and the last pr had areas inside the shoes that totally rubbed my feet raw and now I have open sores. That is exactly why you get a pr they aren't to rub your feet. Because I didn't save the box its another yr stuck with no shoes that work. I find this totally unacceptable. I am also on a fix income which puts me in a bad situation. So unless they fix this issue I would never recommend anyone to use this place for shoes.
