The room hadn't been clean well. Found small pieces of food & toothpicks on the floor. 2 of the 3 pillow cases on my bed were stained. I took both to the front desk to replace. The shower was good & bed comfortable. I took pictures of the pillows.
They are scamming people's credit/debit cards. It's happened to me several times, but also to a few people I know well who work in the area and stayed for months. Manager is an inconsistent, rude, and seemingly lazy employee. Seriously lacking in positive energy. Housekeepers are great, though.
very nice. everything was overall 5 stars. only problem....the fire alarm in whole place goes off at 345 AM every morning. thats the only reason it's a 2 star.
My room was clean and so are the common areas. I rated it so high because the staff is so friendly and kind. The gentleman at the front desk, evening lady, and the housekeeper. I had to stay here due to relocation from the chaos following the derecho. After dealing with all of that it was nice to be greeted with smiles and laughs.
The staff and especially Isaac bent over backwards to accommodate my Mother and her need for a handicap room. Isaac spent a lot of time on us. A true Hotelier. Words really don't do justice. Great people. Thank you all.
