Ate here as part of a class in Hospitality Management. We told the hostess/manager what we were there for.nnBad:nPlates were dirty, salt shaker had food stuck to it, buffet plates were dirty. Those of us that ordered off of the menu got our food at separate times. I had pulled pork sandwich and it was mediocre. The BBQ sauce was the best thing going for it. Some of my fries were left from a previous order as they were saturated in grease and mushy. Server did not appear to wash her hands once through our service and the manager and servers stood in a corner talking a majority of the time. Refills lacked. One server picked something off the floor and placed it on bar top where it sat rest of our time. (She didn't wash her hands after) no place to put dirty buffet dishes.nnGood: the burgers looked and smelled good and the sushi was fresh. I highly suggest ordering off the menu if you go here!
I am not sure if customer service even matters since the change to express. First off the gal at the register had no clue as to what she was doing...and had no clue what was on the menu and argued about when she handed me mugs for tea and coffee that were still dirty. She stated they were cleaned just stained...when I showed her otherwise then I got clean mugs. When she handed me the ticket to sign it was not even mine but the last person who had bought something. Then the best is when I went to get my hot tea there were no tea bags and asking for one was like asked her something I had no right to.nI believe it is really time to try a new place were I am not left feeling like I went through a war zone to get my breakfast.
Always have good food. Favorite day is Wednesday, 1/2 priced sushi.
We live to eat here. The best is the Mac n cheese burger
