Menu is so reduced I won't be going back
Excellent meal, Friendly and Efficient service. and Great job social distancing and taking precautions! We tried to go out to eat in Cedar Falls and restaurants there were using every table, packing people in, no masks. We had heard Red Lobster has good practices and we heard correctly! Felt very safe and they did a great job spacing out the tables, making sanitizer available, using disposable menus and we watched them properly disinfect everything between groups! This allowed us to enjoy a great meal without worry!
Very accommodating, I had to ask for a seating change, I don't always fit in a tiny booth. Food was very good. We were overserved again, couldn't eat desert, but they all looked wonderful. Their takeout n leftover containers are great and reusable.
I've had a difficult time having a good meal at Red Lobster. I tried it as its been a long while and for a birthday dinner. All of our meals had no taste, bland, and my sons steak had to be remade 3 times. The staff was friendly and they discounted our meals to help out. I just would have rather had a good meal and pay full price.
Food was either over cooked or under cooked. Waiter was awesome however. Reminded us of Long John Silver food... very poor quality and we usually love Red Lobster. Not worth $85
