When I passed by and saw this gem by the river I had to stop. I absolutely loved the vibe and the people this is now one of my favorite places if I want to drink some amazing beer and enjoy the fresh air. The vibe is so peaceful yet exciting. Imagine my surprise while on a walking tour of Waterloo, Iowa when I turned the corner and discoved Anton's Garden! An outdoor beer garden in an idyllic surrounding. In the city! It was very cool! After stopping for a few adult beverages we continued down the street to the covered river crossing.
Great out side bar. Really enjoy a beer after work on a Friday.
Beautiful ambiance, great German and Domestic beer options, fun people.
Staff and other patrons way friendly. Great casual hang.
