We ate at Ruby Tuesday around 3:30 pm today (7-26) we waited to be seated and there was no one available to seat us. Finally a server very rudely told us that she would seat us but she told us that she wasn't clocked in!!! (There were customers in the restaurant) our server finally came over to serve us. We ordered a Mushroom Burger & Fries and a Salad Bar. I came back to our table with no silver ware and no salt & pepper, we waited and waited no server!!! I went up to the Hostess desk and I told him we are having issues with our server and that we need silver ware!! He had no apologies at all, said he would take care of us. He brought the Mushroom Burger and fries, that we ordered medium, the burger was very well done. My husband commented that we wanted the medium. The manager had no comment!! My husband ate half of the burger and the rest we asked for a take out box and we left the restaurant and threw the rest of the burger in the parking lot for the birds to eat!!!! We received no apology from the manager!!! If you are rude to guests and don't want to serve your guest when you only have a small amount of customers perhaps you should close your doors!!!

Had crispy chicken salad. Lettuce was not fresh (browning) and to much American cheese. Great service and friendly employees.

Ruby Tuesday is a mainstay for us largely because of the great choices they have at the salad bar, add that to a great menu selection and you have a great combination. Their service is better than average, the beverages just keep coming, and we love the friendly service we've gotten there. If you find anything to be unsatisfactory just make it known and it will be fixed to your satisfaction. We enjoy taking guests from out of town there.

Beautiful summer evening sitting out on the patio. Great service, great food as always!! You can't not enjoy their amazing FRESH salad bar! ♥ufe0f
