Great store! Super helpful employees and great deals. They also are providing a discount to students at NDSU so that is awesome. Highly recommend.

11 Aug 20 @ 12:45nnThe Store Manger (very rude belittling) Britney did not honor Eddie Bauer's return policy. In fact, I waited in line for 15 mins while Britney stood there. Then Britney signaled her only worker to tell me I needed to leave the store for not wearing a mask. She could careless that I have a medical exemption. I agreed to wait out side the door, after waiting another 10 mins Britney told me to go away and would not let me drop off my items that I drove 150 mile to return. Britney and Eddie Bauer store will forever be in my rear view mirror.

E. Bauer clothing fits me quite good - their sizing has been 'on point' for many years ... very reliable. Their all cotton and all wool stockings last for years - thankfully Santa and the Easter Bunny surprise us with new ones every year. This particular store, Fargo, ND, is not real large and they have less inventory than 5+ years ago but the articles we buy are definitely very good quality!!

This was my first time visiting an Eddie Bauer. I was looking for a winter coat for my exchange student and this was the 6th store we'd been to. When we walked in we were greeted by a friendly employee who asked us how he could assist. I told him what we needed and he took us straight to the heavy coats. He was even observant enough to know my (temporary) son wouldn't want fur on the hood and showed us how to take it off before we even asked. He told us about the sale and took the coat to allow us to continue shopping if we wanted. At the register my son's German debit card wasn't working. The same employee reset the machine for us and was friendly the entire time we were trying to get it to work. Eventually I paid cash so we wouldn't hold anyone up, but the employee didn't seem phased. It was a great experience and I will be visiting this location for all of my exchange students in the future!

Great clothing and gadgets. I love shopping the sale racks. Quality items and easy returns, if needed.
