Famous Footwear

Very friendly staff, clean and well kept store. Used app and received the BOGO at 1/2 price, plus 2X reward points at the checkout

They had exactly what we were looking for. Plus they had a BOGO 50% off sale.

I’ve recently had less than stellar experience at this Famous Footwear. I go here quite often, and buy 90% of my shoes either in this store or the website. I recently went to make a return. There was an employee hunched over behind the desk scrolling through their phone that was plugged into the wall. I stood there nearly five minutes before she turned around and noticed I was waiting. She was essentially screaming at me, joking about how they “don’t do returns on Sundays”. The next time I went to this store, I learned this was the store manager. She was the one to check me out the most recent trip I made She was chewing gum, loudly and with an open mouth, smacking her gum, blowing bubbles, in between screaming things at me. I probably will resort to only ordering online from Famous Footwear in the future.

Shopping for men's shoes is usually a bust for me, but Famous Footwear actually has a large selection compared to other stores. They also had a great selection of shoe inserts. Including an insert specifically designed to help with Plantar Fasciitis, which was exactly what I was looking for.

I cant buy online like others for shoes. Good selection. Decent price for shooes.
