I have never had a bad experience here. My orders are always right, cooked correctly and delicious. Even though we've been coming just a short time, I would rather give them my business over a snack shack in New London that's been open since 1972. Much better customer service and pride in their work. Great Job RaRa's!!
Awesome ice cream and food. They have tons of options as far as flavors & toppings and the prices are great! The owners & staff there are phenomenal as well, always friendly. If you haven't been there def give it a try you won't regret it!
The iced cream was delicious. The only thing that could have made it better would have been getting ours before the 5 people who came after us. Total wait time of about 30 minutes for 3 iced creams and 2 shakes. Melted.
Love the food and ice cream, but he real treat is the crew. They are huge supporters of the community and all our local #EssentialSuperheroes! They allow people to use their place as a charging station when the power goes out. They are ALL STAR #EssentialSuperheroes!
Great local joint for ice cream in any form, plus burgers, hot dogs, quesadillas, etc. Good place for takeout, and fun to bring the kids inside, with small rides and arcade games.nnAlso do wonderful ice cream cakes, made on site. Have done a couple of kids birthday cakes here.nnAs if this time of writing (late April of 2020), doing COVID-19 safe takeout, with phone ordering, and window/curbside pickup.
