This will be the last time I shop at this particular location. While I was in the store browsing, I could overhear the blonde associate (didn’t get her name) loudly talking about me. Unprofessional and uncalled for.
On 6/24/19 I came into the store panicked , in the middle of a hair crisis. Nothing I did would hold a curl and I couldn’t find my curling iron anywhere after just moving.nI was rushing to get ready for a super important night which I explained to the girls working (Lori and Kylie ) and not only did they help me find the exact curling iron I needed for the look I wanted .. but Lori actually took the time to show me how to use it properly and styled my hair for me.nI couldn’t of been more thankful . Imagine if this customer service and just over all kindness existed everywhere you went ?!
Just not happy with the way nothing took to my hair did everything the way it said to the bleach didnt evan take
