The employees followed me around the whole time I was in there pretending to re arrange already perfectly sitting shoes to watch me like I stole something. I felt very unwelcome. Was asked if I needed help at least 8 times. I was going to buy some shoes but I just felt really weird and left.

This store had shoes my grandson liked! He's not stuck on brand names, which they have plenty of, but is very picky about how they fit and look. I like that the stock is all out, so I can see immediately if they have his size. The salesgirl got out the measurement thing they keep behind the counter now because of covid. I saw her clean it after, too. Two pairs of shoes for my grandson in under 25 min! Who could ask for more?!

Clean store, friendly staff, not overcrowded. Benches to sit on to try on the shoes.

2 girls were working and neither of them offered to help. My size shoes were way on top and and I asked if either of them could help and I waited and waited and not one of them came over. My husband had to get the pole to get my size and once I was finished I went up to the check out and said it would of been nice if either of you had helped me. They both looked at each other and said nothing at all. No apology nothing.
