Sanford Medical Center

Staff isn't bad but definitely isn't great. Have spent a fair share of my time in this hospital and in my most honest opinion, it sucks. Have been stuck in here waiting for a device to go home which should have been ordered months ago prior to surgery. 0 stars.

The nurses in Peds ICU are top notch. They are caring, attentive, and professional. In addition, charge nurses need to be complimented. Reception, security, and food service were very polite & professional. Thank you !

Went in to urgent care with pain in my side, got sent home saying it was just a pulled muscle. Went back to ER that night as the pain had just gotten worse. Waited for about 2 hours before being seen at the ER just for blood and urine tests and an ultrasound. Told I have an inflamed kidney and sent to the hospital at the Broadway clinic. Not told about what's going on at all, tell them my pain levels are a 9/10 and only get Tylenol. call for the nurse and don't get a response for over an hour. They don't do anything that I couldn't do at home by myself. Been over 48 hours and have not been tested at all only given pain meds. Perfect example of American Healthcare

Unfortunately I’ve had to visit the ER twice in the last month. The treatment I received was amazing. I was surprised. The nurses and Doctors are so nice, helpful, and respectful. Thank you!
