Never again! I took my Golden Retriever for a bath and a trim. They muzzled her saying she was nipping at them. (Not a chance) They shaved her belly so close that they made her nipples bleed and I specifically said I did not want her shaved, they claim she had mats on her belly (no). They did not dry her off saying she was afraid of the hair dryer- not sure why they did not just towel dry her. Her fur is now spotty, choppy, long and short, shaved and not. Looks terrible. They were not professional and I will never go back. I would never recommend them to anyone who loves their pet.
They treated my little old shih tzu with care and respect. He looks great!
Really friendly and polite. Awesome job on my Aussie Bear. Who plays around in the water and lays around in the yard all the time. Was matted all over. The only thing I seen went wrong was her leach came off due to the fact that I dropped her off with a old rusty leach. My fault. Not there's. She always wet
She stopped what she was doing and clipped our baby Luna's nails. She was very nice and sweet to our little girl and we were in and our in less than 5 minutes! She also seemed like a caring dog lover herself so we will be coming back in the spring for a fresh spring hair cut! Thank you for getting us in so quickly.
