Victor was amazing. My feet were killing me and my body was breaking down. He checked my feet and fitted me for a pair of orthotics and they changed my life.. Thank you so much Victor and The Walking Store..

When I tried to shop there, there was a sign on the door saying that someone would return in 20 minutes from the time that I had arrived, 40 minutes later someone finally showed up. I ended up buying a pair of boots with the upgraded insoles. I love the insoles, but the $200 boots ended up falling apart a month and a half later. When I went to the store to exchange the boots I was told that it had been past the 30 days and they wouldn't do anything. When I said that it was unacceptable for a $200 pair of boots to fall apart after a month and a half and for them to not do anything about it the manager finally agreed to replace the boots. I'll have to wait and see how these boots hold up but it seems to me that they sell expensive low quality shoes and have no interest in backing up their products or creating a pleasant customer experience.

I have severe plantar fasciitis and I really love the Abeo line insoles and shoes. The one star rating I am giving is due to this specific location and not the Walking Company chain. My wife and I tried to stop by this location on two separate occasions. The first time we got tired of waiting for the employee to return 30 minutes past the "will return at this time" sign. The second time again we had to wait again for the employee to "return" even though they could be seen coming out from the back with food in their hand several times over an hour at 2:30 PM on a weekday. Well past the posted return time when they finally decided to resume their sales position we were allowed in the store. After fifteen minutes of looking at the shoes and never once being asked if we as the only customers in the store needed any help we left. The entire staff of this location needs to be fired by a corporate manager as this store is an embarrassment to the Walking Company chain.
