Went to this store #1683 a few weeks ago looking for a specific pair of Nike shoes. I was immediately greeted by 2 very nice employees. They did not have the shoes that I wanted. A young man searched high and low for me to no avail. The store manager Yvette Fajardo searched her database and found the shoes at a store in Arizona. She called them and they immediately shipped them to this store. They were here in 2 days!!! I was so happy and I thanked them numerous times, because its hard to find good customer service in today's world. She is a very good example of how a manager should run a store. Her employee that day had excellent customer service as well. They both need to be recognized. Im glad I found this store!!!

For starters the shoes are expensive, even the clearance stuff was not even clearance. And as far as staff, what staff??? We asked 2 different salesman to help with certain sizes but they would go to the register and just forget about us. And it was just us and two other people in the store! Never going back.
Fabulous prices. No back stock. Only have sizes on display. But name brands at great savings.
