First time coming here, and its everything I had hoped it to be. They're taking Covid precautions, but once you sign in they'll let you select a cigar or 3, serve you a drink, and let you sit wherever you want. Not disappointed in the slightest.
Ordered some cigars from them via phone for delivery, I was home when the packaged was delivered, but the box looked to be banged up and possibly re-taped. Not sure what went on during the transition, but 3 cigars were missing so I called up the store and they instantly sent out a new package with the three cigars I ordered and didn't charge me anything extra. Very pleased with their customer service. I will definitely shop with them again, especially given their expertise and knowledge on cigars.

Great Lounge and Shop on the RI/CT Line. I always make a point to stop in when driving by to browse the humidor which really has something for everyone.nnWhether you are just getting into Cigars or have been smoking for years there is always something for anyone’s taste. The owners are fantastic and the hospitality is great.nnDefinitely won’t be disappointed stopping by by yourself to relax or with friends.
