They did not have the selection I was expecting. I did not see a few of my favorite brands I was specifically looking for. I also heard they had really low prices on brand name items. Wrong again. Very high prices on the shoes I liked the looks of, and they wanted $20 for a 6-pack of basic no-show socks. I don't have the extra money during this pandemic to be shopping here. I'll keep trying to find somewhere more reasonable for high-quality shoes and socks.
I had an exchange I bought on line. They made exchanging my shoes so effortless. The associate at the cash register was so nice and accommodating. This is my first time shopping at DSW and I will definitely come back as they have a nice array of Nike for men and in size 12 and 13 wide.
