Every single person in this store was great! I felt welcome and comfortable from the moment I stepped through the front door. I came prepared to purchase a wedding dress, but didn't really think I was going to. I thought I'd try a few styles on and get a feel for what I wanted. I was very surprised when the very first dress that was presented to me ended up being the one for me. Amber was my stylist, and she was perfect in every way. It's amazing that someone can take a few answers from a quiz and make them appear in reality. I really appreciate the experience Amber created for me. Alessandra was my alteration expert that pinned me into my new dress and created the bustle. Christine is the alterations manager who also assisted with straps while I was trying on dresses. The woman who greeted me at the front door, her name escapes me, was so pleasant and I really liked her constellation mask! Overall, my experience was fantastic. Thank you.

I am a first time bride at age 50 and I was so beyond excited to go dress shopping for the very first time that I even got a little teary-eyed when I walked in the door. The greeting staff made me feel very welcome and explained everything thoroughly and I was impressed to start out. But then nothing went right after that. In my occupation, I am an expert at what I do and when I seek service from another business, I expect knowledge and expertise because I am there looking for help.. I arrived prepared with 4 dresses picked out from the website and a specific look that I was going for. Two of the dresses were not available for me to try on which was a huge disappointment. They paired me with a 20-year-old assistant who just turned me loose to look at everything on my own without any thoughtful suggestions nor direction after reviewing the photos I shared. She seemed unable to do anything without consulting her tablet and had no personal knowledge of the stock and inventory. She sincerely tried to be helpful but I needed someone with more experience. I spoke to the alterations department and they were knowledgeable and friendly. Overall however this shopping experience was disappointing and I was not able to find my perfect wedding dress here. Might be a better place to shop for bridesmaids dresses than for bridal gowns.

I was looking everywhere for a dress, and it was very hard being that I’m a pregnant bride. My mom and I decided to stop in at David’s Bridal, and they were so helpful trying to find a style that had all the bling I was looking for while also trying to fit with my belly. Christina, the manager, helped us out big time making sure everything was comfortable for me and offering many suggestions for alternations so that my dress would fit by the time of the wedding. The alternations team did an amazing job getting exactly what I wanted incorporated into the dress and making sure it wasn’t too tight around my belly. My dress is absolutely beautiful and I never expected to get something like this in my life. I’m so excited for my wedding day! They have ultimately made and altered a beautiful elegant dress for a very happy pregnant lady.

Hannah, Christina, and Sara were wonderful!! Hannah pulled very interesting options and she helped me see my vision. Christina joined my appointment with expert insight into possible alterations. Sara made sure all my add-on items were explained throughly. Excellent experience!! Thank you ladies for helping me with my bridal needs.

From the moment I stepped into the store I felt special and appreciated...McKenna (I hope I am spelling her name right) was AMAZING she looked up my wedding profile and started choosing dresses from my favorites that she knew would look great on me and boy did she do a spectacular job!! She also made sure before I tried on a dress they had it in my size and that it would be able to make it in before my special day (last minutes shopper here) I had a hard time deciding on “the one” because they all looked so beautiful but she was so very patient with my indecisiveness, but I didn’t leave empty handed!! I would highly recommend purchasing from this location! Can’t wait to see my dress again in March for alterations!!
