We have been going to this location for years and are very satisfied customers, now on our second pair of hearing aids that we've purchased here.nnBarbara does a wonderful job running the office and always fits us in right away if we need help. They are always on time and usually take us in sooner if we arrive early.nnMark is extremely knowledgeable and capable of keeping my father in law's hearing aids running at full capacity. This is very important because he has lost 85% of his hearing, plus he has weepy ears, so every little detail counts.nnEverything about the office has always been professional and courteous.
Great customer service! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Glad I went here instead of their competitor. If you're looking for hearing aids stop by here and give them a chance before you commit somewhere else!

Mark is very professional and will go out of his way to make sure that all his clients are cared for in the needs that they need. The lady at the desk is also very professional and concerned for her clients concerns and there needs. I think her name is Barbara. Always friendly as she meets you when you enter. The both of them certainly make you feel very comfortable the minute you walk in. Great team!
