My experience with Dexter's was fantastic from start to finish. I ordered a long lead time safe, Zach went out of his way to move orders around, consolidate orders to get my safe a soon as possible. Communication was top notch, from the day I placed the order Zack called me to let me know about the leads times etc... He continued to call every few weeks to update me on the status and expected eta. The installation of the safe was truly professional, these guys know how to get a 1000lb safe into a house safely with out damaging surrounding finishes. Any future safe needs I will only purchase from Dexter's, they have gained a life long customer due too awesome communication, very down to earth and professional installation methods.

My husband and I recently ordered a safe from Dexter's. I went in the first time by myself to check it out, as I had heard about it online and my husband hates shopping. Then I brought my husband back later. Zack Dexter was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had done some preliminary research online, and of course we were interested in a safe that was out of stock (typical of us). Zack immediately started calling around to see how soon he could get one. We left satisfied that it would come in his March shipment, but he called my husband back a week or so later to say he found one that we could get sooner if we don't mind one that had been displayed at a local outdoor show. It's a safe....of course we don't mind! Zack was even helpful and patient with my husband going back to take measurements of a similar safe, so he can rearrange the basement!

If you need a safe, this is the place to get it. From the first call to delivery, it was a great experience. There are a ton of different safes on the market and too many places to try. Stop wasting time and call Dexter's Best. I called to ask a couple questions and was instantly at ease and confident in the answers I was getting. Zach and I discussed what I needed what I was looking for and some options. I had called a sporting goods store previously with questions and the person on the phone knew nothing about their safes. Zach _knows_ Liberty Safes. When it came to delivery, they gave me a 1 hour window (try getting that from any other company) and gave me updates when they were close. Complete professionals. You get what you pay for in a safe, and in a quality company. I would recommend Dexter's Best to anyone looking for any size safe.
