If you look at all the 1-star reviews on here they're written by people that usually leave 1-star reviews. Petsense, especially Petsense groomers are fantastic! My doodle is always so excited to see Noel and she treats him like her own. His cut is great every time and seems to me to be seasonably appropriate. We saw her smooch him on the nose one time when she didn't know we were watching because she genuinely loves animals. We will always bring him here, as well as future dogs.
Great staff and customer service. Clean and well organized. I get my Nora her kangaroo food here.
I used to love this place! The store part is great! I DO NOT RECOMMEND the grooming part to anyone! I used to bring my dog here all the time at least once a month and they have seriously gone down hill. My dog loves being bathed and groomed in anyway bc he just loves the affection. I recently brought my dog here last week and when we picked up our dog his fur looked completely botched and looked like I myself took a pair of scissors to his fur! I was furious! When I called the woman who happened to groom him tried telling me he hated every minute of it which I knew was false! They no longer take their time to groom the animals the way they should be and they are completely careless! The store no longer cares and they no longer have groomers who actually care about the animals! It’s a shame and I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau!
I have a 15 year old chihuahua that hated getting her nails clipped. She wouldn't let anyone go near her. I started bringing her in to see Janice and she clips her nails with no problem. She gets her nails done regularly now. She loves the dogs like they are her own and does the job correctly.
Staff are nice and very helpful, I had some questions about my pet and some cages their definitely knowledgeable
