Friendly is a very important thing to me when i visit a business, on top of customer service. Buckle in the galleria mall has BOTH. They greet you when you come in. They don't pressure you into buying. They let you know if you need help let them know. On top of that, they are very upbeat. 5 stars.

My daughter is very hard to shop for/with! Nicole actually took interest in her and complimented her and went out of her way to help pick different types of clothing she would have never tried.
