This company is deceitful and dishonest. I went in for the first time and was told by the employees that I could return any items that didn't fit right since the fitting rooms were closed as long as the returns were within 14 days of the purchase.
I hurried back well before the 14 day period and was told by a rude employee that the policy recently changed and only merchandise credit would be offered even for brand new items with receipt and tags. She pointed out the no refunds policy on the receipt to me.
Apparently, you will only find out about their return policy after you make your purchase. There were no signs or warnings posted anywhere in the store at the time. This seems like a very deceitful and scummy business practice to force customers to buy their products. No wonder this company went bankrupt before. This was my first and last time shopping at this company
Great deals, I mean GREAT deals and clean
This was a great store. I went in on a weekend and they were doing a spin the wheel game. So I spun and got to get my jeans for $15 instead of 25. Which was great for me. I loved the variety of clothes and pricing was good. Just wish they had a rewards program. But overall the customer service was great, clean store. I'd shop here again.
