I nought a pair of shoes and 1 of them is defective sounds like a duck every step you take.. only on the left shoe... i was denied an exchange becuse i didn't have my physical receipt but had prove in my bank statement.. then they said well we can sell you another pair for $60 which was a discounted price supposedly. I was only asking for an exchange not a refund.. horrible service

Bought my wife some shoes from here yesterday. Great atmosphere. Employees. Friendly. They know their stuff. Always there to help. 5 stars.

Things are different during these times However i went to the Galleria store to buy some shoes i was met at the door by a girl i asked if i could enter without a mask and was told i could but when i approached the little girl waiting customers said i had to leave if i didn’t have a mask. So either turn me away at the door or buy some cheap masks to hand out i gave 2stars because of the confusion Corona causes
