Had some time to spare between work commitments so stopped at DSW in Waterford. What could be better? Took care of birthday gifts for hubby and mom, of course found a few items for myself, got an extra $40 off and a free duffle bag! Yay! The store manager couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! Shop the retail stores and support local employment!!!

DSW is my Happy place. With a broad selection to choose from it's easy to get overwhelmed but definitely worth the time to hit every isle. If the shoe you like isn't available in your size chances are you will find it online and this is where it pays to be a DSW VIP. The benefits of being a VIP is free shipping and free returns.

Christine's personality is heinous. She had absolutely no people skills. From the moment we made contact she was not just rude, but extremely passive aggressive.nnI went to pick up a pair of shoes I ordered online. The website was acting strange during the ordering process and the wrong shoes ended up being shipped. Not a problem, at all. The shoes simply had to be returned, she made a comment after everything I said, got flustered looking for my size when I didn't need her to and projected her voice so loud people in Books-A-Million probably heard.nnI will not be visiting this DSW, again.

I like this shoe store for it's variety of shoes but not for the lack of sizes. I inquired about some vans for my daughter. No slip on size 6. I had to buy a lace up pair, they even looked online for me. With no success I bought the lace up ones because I had a coupon. They said they get shipments in all the time. Still have gone in and again no slip on vans size 6. My daughter was crushed. I didn't go somewhere else because they were more expensive and don't have a coupon. Other than that if you have the right size you'll get shoes you need. I also like the selection of discount shoes. Who doesn't like to save money?
