NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE FOR NOTARY SERVICES...I lost nearly 2 hours simply because the Notary didn't have white out. Upon returning to the bank..I was asked to waste another 45 min before I can be seen by the ONLY Notary available. Maybe Bank of America can spend money on having 2 Notaries rather than to have customers sit around for nearly an hour waiting on a rude and unprepared Notary. I went and spent $15 and saved time and hassle...I lost more than $15 waiting to get helped at the bank
I wish I can give less then 1 star . cause my experience with Alicia bean . zero knowledge so rude . manager always so good. manger deserve 5 stars.
The staff at this location are absolutely amazing. Jill, Alicia and Josh keep being awesome. You make banking fun.

I went to this bank more than three times to change my pins. Every time I’m getting “someone will be right with you.” Twenty-five to thirty minutes, nobody should. So frustrated!!!
