Quality Shoe Repair & Luggage

I was out riding my bike in the middle of a 20 mile ride. My seat had a tare in it. It was a brand new carbon fiber seat that retails at $250. I happened to ride by Quality Shoe Repair and figured I would stop. The gentlemen took one look at the seat and said "yes I can fix that. Bring it around back." which I did. He fixed the seat and it turned out beautiful. Here's where the story gets better. I was out riding so I had no cash on me. I offered to leave all of my info including name # ect. He said "I trust you." This is the world I grew up in. This is the World I know. What a Great Great Man! I recommend Quality Shoe Repair & Luggage to everyone for all of your leather repair needs!

This is the best, great customer service, and it is a beautiful family business that I am happy to support. I bring my high end shoes here for repairs and sole protectors, it has extended the life of my favorite shoes. They do exceptionally high quality work here, it’s rare to find this kind of shop in our time.

The quality of shoe repair was good. If that's all you care about, I can't recommend this place highly enough but if you're worried about Covid and people not wearing a mask don't come here. I went to pick up a pair of shoes that needed mending and in the store was a guy who wasn't wearing a mask and not social distancing between himself and anyone else in the store. None of the workers in the store cared even though myself and another customer were visibly uncomfortable.
