Easily the best experience I’ve had at AT&T Corp store. Although I came in several days before and was unhappy with the service I received and was considering dropping AT&T permanently I returned several days later. I was helped by WALTER and I do have to say the other employees could learn something from him about customer service. Upgrading a phone and all that goes with it is like buying a car. Salesman upscale everything WALTER DID NOT - so I purchased accessories so he could make a bit of money. He made the experience as tolerable as it can be. AT&T needs to invest in systems that do not cause a customer to be there for hours in many cases to upgrade 2 phones. Again thank you WALTER for not being an unbearable type salesman but helpful and knowledgeable and not once updating me. I wish all the reps there were like you to include management.

Excellent service! I needed to trade in my phone and I was greeted immediately by a very friendly employee. She helped me get my new phone all set and helped by explaining the new adjustments with this phone (no home button, etc). Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Nice welcoming store! I was considering upgrading my iPhone and was helped by Walter who was very knowledgeable about the products and product features. Walter was very honest with me about my options, answered all of my questions and gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for myself.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL service! Walter was amazing to us for switching over two phones to a new plan, and even though it was well past closing by the time we finished, they were kind and understanding of all the difficulties we had and remained professional as ever. These guys deserve so much more than this review because this one AT&T interaction has me locked in as a customer. Thank you so much!

My wife and I visited this store today and Sung was the associate that helped us. My phone wasn’t charging but Sung was able to clean it out and fix the problem quickly. He also put a new glass screen protector on as well as a new heavy duty case. He told us about some accessories on sale like a wireless charger that we bought and we saved some money and my phone is charging perfectly now. I’m very happy with the service we received today and we highly recommend this store, ask for Sung!
