Small store. Was looking for good brand of hiking boots and did not purchase what they had. Employees were helpful

Walked in no greeting, no asking if we needed help. They would just look at us, it was pretty awkward. They were sure helping other people. Husband asked for help because he needed gloves all the guy said was "I don't think we have those" he did not check or help in any sense. Maybe if we looked different we would have been helped. Check your customer service!!

If you want to know if you look like a questionable character or with certain racial trait, come in this store and enjoy the presence of the Manager Greg as he follows you incessantly. Want to argue about a returns, he's your best man to fight about it. Practice your rights as a consumer while he's enforcing a policy that's OPTIONAL as he says it's required and mandatory.

I needed a new pair of shoes & was able to get the right size & color I wanted on my first pair of shoes that I wanted! When does that EVER happen? It was my lucky day! 😁
