Melissa was very rude to me .nI was a paying customer and she was being rude!!nI called this morning to speak to her manager and ..she was the store manager.nShe should not be a manager she has very poor customer service skills.nOn the phone this morning I had to ask her for her name two times and than she rudely said that she was the store manager.nI hope someone reads this from corporate office and address this issue.nShe definitely should not be a ..store manager!

Sales person treat you based on your race. If you be a white blonde they treat you so politely. Otherwise she treats you as a robber. She came three times and asked what are you doing with shoes while we were just trying different ones.

My favorite shoes! They are having great deals. I took full advantage, so happy with my purchases!

Everyone could use a good pair of shoes or boots. Clarks for comfort!

Female manager displays the poorest of customer service. Poor follow through with order problem and difficulty in getting refund when item not available. Needed to seek out assistance from Corporate Office and even when they directed her to contact and resolve, she did not. Would not purchase anything from this particular location again although I will still buy Clark's shoes as I love them.
