The store was immaculately clean which really put me at ease due to the current global situation. The guy that we worked with knew a lot not only about the current plans available for families but also the previous plans and how they compare to each other. He didn’t skip a beat, he moved us through the whole process of adding a new line and buying a new phone in about 20 minutes and the whole process was stress free.

Would not recommend. At first I felt we were getting good service but we are about two weeks in now and have had to go back once. And now my bill does not reflect what was explained and services I requested were not added as I had asked. I visited a different att that stated they do not advise we use the Groton location due to them not being corporate.

Zero organization....1 person....5 customers in store! Worker definitely had zero pep! It was like a robot!
