Great service. Good selection of footwear.
Best place to buy a boot
Very rude ladies there. Will tell you what you want to hear to sell you boots and once you have issues with them they will give you the run around and deny saying what they told you, basically call you a liar about what was said. I had to go directly to Red Wing to make what was wrong right. Red Wing says its a shame a store selling their product is spreading false information and doesn't know their polices. I recommend not dealing with this store and go else where. If you ever have had issues with boots you bought from there, clearance or not. Save your self the aggravation and just contact the company directly. Red Wing stands behind their product! Not REM Boot's in Groton CT
