Great food, bad servive.
I had an online order and ended up going to the South location by accident. They did not see my name in the computer and I drove to North location. My food was maybe, 40-45 minutes old. I was worried that my food would be awful. The nice gentleman assured me that the food was in the warmer. I got home to WARM food and the food was awesome! Based on both location experiences, I figured, there has to be a good chef at the North location! I will return!
*Boneless wings* were COLD HARD NUGGETS. Sauce on them was colder. They need to make these to order and toss them with the sauce when they’re hot out the fryer. Was pretty obvious these wings were old. 2 star because appetizer was hot and fries were hot. -3 stars because their specialty(chicken wings) were served cold. Place was empty was maybe 3-4 other people in sight.
Got seated fairly quickly which has not been the case lately. When it came time to order our waitress did not greet, acknowledge or even make eye contact with us even though the other table was right next to us. I feel as though there were prejudice involved because my guests were of African descent because I never have this problem when I come with anyone else and this is greatly disappointing being that this used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Do not recommend, a waste of half an hour and terrible customer service.
The fries are just the BOMB! :) Thanks for the good food.
