Great selection of this and that for your special garden! I so love my new dragonfly wind chimes and little fairy thingy's! Thank you ladies! You are all so awesome!
The workmanship of the landscaping portion of the business is a bit to be desired. My neighbor was scheduled to have some landscape work done, so I figured I would have the few things done that I wanted to at the same time. I went to the office a couple of times even before I got a phone call. It was not until they showed up to work at my neighbor's house that I finally met face to face with anyone from the landscaping department. I went over with the foreman on the job and then the owner of the company what I wanted to get done. Just wanted to get some D-logs removed and even off what once was a raised bed garden and then spread some top soil over the area getting it ready for seed. They charged me $360 to do the job. I would not have minded that IF they would have actually did the whole job they charged me for. They only removed about a third to half of the logs.....never completely spread and feathered the dirt out, but yet charged me full price!!! I am now finishing the job I paid them to do by myself and by hand......thanks for nothing DiRoma Landscaping!!! Will NEVER hire them to do any work again. I would NOT recommend them to do ANY type of work!!!
Nice place, not as large as other. However, staff was very friendly and customer oriented. Staff that assisted knew their products. Would visit again when plant/tree selection is more abundant.
Needed an emergency repair to my coi pond and contacted DiRoma's. Spoke to Bridget and Maria and although they were closing for the day they waited for me to get there and provided me with the parts I needed to get back up and running. Maria took her time with me and didn't rush even though it was after they had closed. Their store is beautiful and their selection of parts, supplies and fish, fantastic. I got some advice of how to care for a problem with one of my ponds and with the chemical they recommended, cleared up my pond in 24 hours. Went back the next day with my family and walked around and purchased some coi. Was approached by several staff politely asking if we were all set. Very pleasant place to shop. Will definitely return over and over and use them for all my pond needs.
