Very Impressed. I had won an antique in an auction which needed shipping to Canada. Village Express kept me informed every step of the way and when I stated the item was fragile, I was heard and I found exception care had been taken to pack it properly. 5 stars is not enough.
I had called Village Express late one afternoon, to verify they did indeed offer a service that was offered on their website...no answer. Much to my surprise, 5 minutes later I received a call back from Kristyn at the Village Express, apologizing about not answering the phone, she was helping another customer. You may think...a call back...no big deal??? WRONG!!! It’s the little things that make the mountain of service to folks. Also struck by the fact that I was treated pleasantly, even tho the business I brought was, I’m sure small potatoes. Truly we kinda’ need more folks like that today!!! And this may sound like some sort’a paid endorsement... it ain’t!!! I just callz ‘em like I seez ‘em
This place offers an absolutely wonderful, personable local shipping center and mail service that I would recommend to anyone. Everyone working here is incredibly helpful, patient, and professional.
Absolutely terrible customer service, I'm supposed to get refund however all of my emails go unanswered. They charged my card over $1000 for one month of storage on mail that would not take up over 1 cubic feet of space (300 letters). On top of that, they weren't even supposed to store the items, I told them to throw them all out. Beware of these crooks, never use their mailbox service, never put a card on file with them.
