Just had very quick frame replacement .bought the 2 year warranty just over a year ago and the ear peace broke. The young lady went and put a new frame on my old lens . Very happy as I need the bifocals for work. No hassle at all glad I got the warranty it paid off this time.they did a nice job and that will make my work much easier for me tomorrow.

Waste of time and money. After two more times never got my glasses right. He finally just put it back to my old prescription. I have diabetes he never even checked that out

I called and asked them Saturday if my contacts were delivered. The lady said they were on the truck to be delivered that day. She told me I could come pick them up the next day on Sunday. She obviously didn't mention they are closed Sunday's. Maybe she doesn't know what day it is. Get it together Wal-Mart Optical.
