A few weeks ago I needed a basic inspection of our system in our new home after noticing water pressure was less than desirable. Despite being booked for a week, the company somehow managed to send someone over same day. Our technician was Bill, and I can’t imagine anyone being more knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful. He walked me through the entire system and helped me understand the issues. I ended up needing a new pump and storage tank, which he came out and installed along with a softener the very next morning. Bill provided Grade A customer service, expert analysis, and all around great work. Prices were fair, job was done right, and a few weeks in I’m still enjoying the restored water pressure and improved h2o quality. Would highly recommend this company and will 100% use again.

The owner and his assistant Matt are extremely helpful, fair, stand behind their work and fast.. Everybody says they are 24 hours but these guys ALWAYS are available 24 hours. For me I have had a few emergencies and the longest they took was 20 minutes!!nI would highly recommend them and have complete trust in their work

I called this company at 1:53pm this afternoon (11/4/20) after my wife called to tell me we had no water. They had a tech on site at 3pm. The technician was courteous and thorough. His diagnosis was bad bearings in the motor which is why it overheated. He concisely recommended two options, and we ended up upgrading our old venturi set up to a in-well jet pump and a new tank. My water was working at 6:45pm. I cannot say enough about this company. What started as a service call turned into a full blown project in a matter of a few hours. Before the upgrade was completed Water Dr had 4 professionals working on my house to restore water. 5 hours for a full upgrade is_insane_customer service. Courteous, professional and diligent workers, this company gets it. Thank you for the outstanding service.

I have nothing but high praise for Water DR employees Matt and Stephen who came to my home promptly at 9:00 AM on Saturday September 12, 2020. My well tank had been making unusual 'whistling' sounds and the pump had been cycling on and off over the past two weeks. Both Matt and Stephen were very clean cut and professional.nMatt quickly determined the water tank had a ruptured air bag inside which was causing the 'whistling sound'. After he explained everything to me he and Stephen quickly removed the old tank and piping and replaced it with a new tank, pressure gauge, water filter, shut off valve and new piping. They relocated the new tank to a better position and rerouted the pipe lines to take up less space. Something that I had always wanted done.They then did a resistance test on my well pump and discovered the pump was shorting out. The pump was quickly replaced. They worked fast and cleaned up the yard and basement immaculately. They took all of the old parts away. Before leaving they explained everything they had installed and showed me how to replace the water filter. A written receipt was given to me on payment and later formally emailed to me from the home office with a warranty for service and parts.nI recommend Water Dr to anyone who needs well service.nRespectfully yours,nPaul Witik

After being out of water for two days and being set up for another companies earliest appointment, I contacted the Water Doctor at 11 am and these professionals had my water up and running after installing a new pump in my 140 foot deep well by 5pm despite it raining heavily for a while. Not only did Matt (the Installer) give me a professional diagnosis before he did any work but he let me know my options beforehand. He had all the parts he needed for the job and didn't need to leave to go to supply warehouse to get them. He was pleasant and courteous, called before he arrived as promised and put a new cap on my external well tank pipe to keep out rodents and insects. The price range he predicted before the job was right on target and I was able to have my water back on and take a shower after being without water for three days. Awesome job Water Doctor., thank you all!!!!
