Shamefully horrible customer service. After having to clarify myself 5 times with one employee what I was looking for, he passed me off to the other guy, who I only had time ask 3 times for. You'd think employees of a store should be informed of what they're actually attempting to sell. Furthermore, upon checking out, the confused employee completed my transaction BEFORE asking to see my ID. These guys are straight up inept at their jobs.

Good selection of cigars
Staff seemed bothered by me as a customer. I went in knowing what I needed, saw some things of interest, fella was rude and unhelpful when I had a question. Even asking the price for an unlabeled item....nI work in the service industry and have a pretty high tolerance for poor service. But I did not purchase anything from here that day, and I will not return for future business.
